“Amazing staff, wonderful view”

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had a pick up from the station and they even dropped us to the Zhangjiajie gate very early in the morning! They were super helpful with giving advice on how to do things in the national park. Room was comfortable and the view was beautiful!

The hotel is out of the main park so very quiet and peaceful. The family who run the hotel and very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Communication before and throughout the stay was great and we had a few questions which the owner helped us with.

Excellent host Jane who took care of every need. She was always smiling and ready to assist with food and travel and made all arrangements for our tour as well. She arranged English speaking guide and car for us at a reasonable price compared to other travel agents.

Our stay exceeded all expectations! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast, laundry service, and a beautifully decorated room for our honeymoon. They booked all our tickets, guided us through the parks in Zhangjiajie, and even prepared meals on request. The hospitality made us feel completely at home, truly a perfect experience. 10/10, highly recommended for an authentic and refreshing stay! ☺️ we will definitely come back!

“Relaxing retreat close to Zhangjiajie national park”

The room was very large, plenty of space with a nice bathtube to use and great facilities, very modern and automated including the blinds. The bed was very comfy. Most importantly the host was extremely helpful, she picked us up from the train station and was late but made sure we could order some dinner, the menu they have is a bit more for the local taste but they do have some good options for foreigners. She helped us book the visits to the national park and sent us tips on the itinerary. Very quiet there, super remote so don't get scared when you see the narrow roads taken to the location. I think in the summer time it is great there and especially with a larger group, they have a great terrace area. We wanted a small fridge to store drinks and the host was very kind and made sure one was available in the room.

Luxury time in the perfect location to visit Zhangjiajie National Park and the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the South Gate. The hotel hosts were lovely and so helpful, offering us support booking a car when Didi wouldn't work and helping us get tickets to Huanglong cave. We were lucky enough to visit during Moon Festival and the hotel hosts invited us to celebrate with them - we had beer, moon cakes and soup, this was our favorite night of the trip! Thank you for making us feel at home, would definitely recommend staying here.

Surrounded by nature - truly lives up to its name. Plus the loveliest and most helpful host ever. We loved staying here and looking forward to going back.

The property itself is a hidden gem, nestled atop a hill away from the main road, ensuring a truly peaceful and quiet stay. Waking up to the stunning mountain view from my room was an absolute highlight.

The owner of the hotel was extremely kind and helpful – she assisted us in organizing a tour through the national park and arranged a driver for us as well. The hotel had a warm, family-like atmosphere, which made us feel very welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to others. We would stay here again anytime!

Spacious and new room, very nice view. All people working here are friendly. Breakfast is good. The last day we had to leave early in the morning and they prepared a box to bring with us for breakfast. Position is not far from South-east gate. Recommended for your stay!

Best host ever!! Not enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was and to what extent the host went to making us feel welcomed and ensure our trip went smoothly. We landed way earlier than expected at the airport but the host already arranged for timely pick up and upon reaching at the hotel, accomodated us in the room. On top of that, made brunch to welcome us. We already had our tickets to the national forest park but the host provided a customised route based on our entry point to the park. The route plan was so detailed, we got around really easily while visiting everything we wanted. I’m also vegetarian and had lunch and dinner at the property everyday. The host even customized some menu items to make them vegetarian so I can enjoy different types of meals!! The hotel is in a great location, providing an extraordinary view of the mountains. We were lucky to enjoy the spectacular views in different weather conditions during our stay. Located at a proximity to the Zhangjiajie National Forest park, it takes only around 10 mins to reach the South gate and around 30 mins to reach the East gate. Note that the host also provides free shuttle to the park but I also wanted to update on the DIDI comment. Didi is accessible to and from the location. Hotel is also equipped with modern facilities and very well maintained. After a visit to the surrounding attractions, soaking in the jacuzzi while enjoying the views was so relaxing. Overall would definitely recommend and surely come back again during winter to enjoy snow and the mountains.
