“Top location with all the luxury you can wish on a vacation”

An absolutely amazing place! The location is stunning, and the host goes above and beyond to make you feel completely at home. We stayed here with two families and young children, and it was perfect. The house had everything: a fully stocked fridge, a great selection of wines, fresh drapes, an ice cube machine, free EV charging, a coffee machine in every apartment, a fantastic outdoor kitchen and of course the swimming pool, which the kids loved. Truly one of the best stays we’ve ever had.

A fantastic place with a wonderful view from the mountains to the sea. The house is very well equipped (and maintained). The outdoor kitchen in combination with the well-stocked fridge are a real highlight and gave us a lot of pleasure. Thanks to the host and his helper. We really enjoyed ourvacation and hope to return.

The house is amazing ! We particularly appreciated the outdoor kitchen. Thomas is a great host and we followed most of his recommandations (for ice cream, visit of Trieste, visit of the caves, Piran,...). On top of this, he was a perfect teacher for the pizza ;-)

The accommodation is absolutely perfect. We were thrilled! Everything you can think of is available in the house. In addition, delicious wines, various snacks that one would not even expect. The swimming pool is the top. The owner Tomaž and his assistant are very pleasant people and have created a perfect experience and comfort for the guests.

Absolutely everything! Beautiful house, what views, great pool, etc. The house is equipped with everything you can imagine. In addition, there is also a small garden where vegetables, herbs, etc. grow. Grapes, figs, etc. Absolutely incredible!

Peaceful location with panoramic view of Adriatic sea and 2 countries. The panoramic view is unbelievable, only green forests and blue sky and azure see without any buildings in front! The old house has been renovated with care and diligence and has a special charm. The pool in front of the house in surrounded with olive trees and grape fields. The plot is on the top of green mountain, a fair distance from tourist places, but only 3-4 minute drive to the good restaurants and supermarkets. House is great for bigger families and small groups as well. The place has a cosy interior design with quality oak furniture, a fireplace, we had all equipment we would have in our home and even more, the house has an electric car charger station as well. The outdoor kitchen with grill area was a great place for grill evenings, with a fantastic view of sunset above the Adriatic sea. We rarely arrive at such a great villa where the fridge was full of fresh farm eggs, freshly harvested tomatoes cucumbers from the bio garden behind the villa, and an unbelievable quantity of local beers and wines and spirits that was impossible to drink during our stay. Tomas was an exceptional super host providing us with much more than we could expect. If you are looking for a place to have an undisturbed and relaxing holiday in the middle of nature but not far from the sea, great Adriatic sunsets at your private pool with some great Malvasia vine, do not go further, you have find it.

Location is perfect if you are looking for peaceful holiday in the middle of nature. Charming house with well equipped main kitchen, beautiful apartments, big terrace, pool and very friendly host. We were very satisfied with our stay and are looking forward to come again. Definitely recommend it.
