The location of Senkova Domacija is wonderful. There is access to walks in the mountains and a lake. The staff are a family and are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and made with l8cal products. The room was comfortable.

“Fantastic apartment in stunning hillside farm”
Beautiful peaceful location with superb views across mountains and hills. Spacious warm and cosy with everything you might need. Very comfy beds. Great breakfast with tasty local foods. Lots of farm animals and cats and dogs - beautiful breeds

Great farm experience in a perfect location. Bikes available to rent. Delicious breakfasts. Nice stuff. Lovely animals. Great surroundings and hikes possibilities. Very nice wooden style room. Will definitely go back one day for longer.

“Peaceful, family-friendly, relaxing”
The farm was excellent for a relaxing family holiday. The kids had a great time playing safely, which gave us the chance to truly unwind. The surrounding nature was green, peaceful, and calming. Everything was clean, quiet, and serene.

“Nice location but rooms are quite small”
The rooms have been renovated a few years ago and have lovely wood features throughout. Breakfast was included and was very nicely arranged for each table. It was a good location for driving up and walking in the alps and also you can do a nice walk right from the hotel.

“Exceptional stay, the highlight of our road trip through Slovenia”
Tourist Farm Šenkova Domačija is an exceptional stay, the highlight of our road trip through Slovenia! The location is superb, surrounded by mountains. Don't skip on eating dinner at the farm, it is home made and you'll be rewarded with the most amazing view. The possibilities on site are endless, there is something for all ages. And not to forget on mentioning the super nice and charming staff as well!

Absolutely gorgeous place you have to visit ! Starting with a idyllic area with a cows, sheeps, cats, fluffy dog and breathtaking view of Grintovec mountain peak, ending with a super nice hosts, very good ecological breakfast and lovely comfortable room . For sure I will comeback when visiting Slovenia again. Highly recommended!!! :)

“Incredible location”
Everything is EXCEPTIONAL about this location. Honestly a very short description won't do justice to this amazing location, but I'll try to summarize our experience. I'll start with the staff (family business), they were all extra attentive with us and very friendly. The views/location? Simply amazing and stunning. The farm is on a small hill and it's facing the Grintovec peak, no matter the weather conditions you will get some awesome pictures here. You can walk around the farm and see the stables/greenhouses, basically from where all the food is coming from. The food is made from local products. Majority of them, if not all, are sourced right from the farm. You get to experience some genuine and extremly tasty local Slovenian food. The breakfast option is a must and you have a dinner option as well. We are sorry that our stay was too short and we didn't get to schedule a dinner, but it's on our list the next time we visit! Finally, the room is very cozy and extremly clean. I say this because we stayed in some rustic locations that lacked the cleanliness a bit but it was acceptable. Here we got the rustic look and feel, but everything was spotless. The beds were perfect for us, we slept like babies every night and we woke up rested. This is an incredible place and pictures or small descriptions won't do it justice. You have to come here and experience it on your own.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. Magical view, very sensitively rebuilding old houses with long history, friendly owners, excelent food.
