“Very relaxing, would definitely come back”
Very friendly staff, great breakfast, convenient location. Welcoming touches such as chocolates and wine in the room. Lift to station was swiftly organised and there were lockers to leave things in after checkout.

I liked the rooms both in setup and cleaning. The buffet was great, liked the spa area and that you could borrow a sled for the slopes.

This place offers an indoor pool which was great. The water was very nice ,not cold at all . The area was super clean. The hotel offers bathrobes bath slippers towels . The jacuzzi jets were very helpful for a relaxing time after a long day of hiking. The hotel is super close to Zermatt Train station, about 6-7 min walk. Very close to central Zermatt - access to restaurants, shops. There is a supermarket about 1 min walk from the hotel and a daycare!! Plus the hotel offers rooms with a kitchenette. The city bus stops very close to hotel (near Denner supermarket) which takes you to the point of cable cars for the Matterhorn glacier paradise. Overall 10/10 for the location, price, cleanliness. Loved our stay !!

“We couldn’t have had a better time - the location worked out well and we enjoyed the entirety of our stay there”
Arca is located just meters from the train station and is also at the start of the bus route. This is essential as the buses get packed quickly during the morning rush hour. The sauna spa facilities were great and the breakfasts generous. The rooms were airy and large, while the ski room facilities well designed. A great experience.

Excellent location, just a few minutes away from the train station and supermarket. There’s also a kitchen for you to cook your meals if you’re on a budget. Service staff were very friendly and polite. Food was nice as well. Overall, highly recommended

“Strategic location & clean modern room”
Strategic location, flat and close walk from tarin station, good for traveller with heavy lugguage. Very clean and neat room with basic kitchen provided. Comfy bedding Responsive service when complain made about mattress sunk in, mattress was changed after back from hiking.. Good breakfast is a plus point too
