The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were super comfortable and the view from our balcony of the Matterhorn and surrounds was spectacular.

Apartment was large and clean with a beautiful view of Matterhorn. Kitchen is clean and well equipped; much appreciated. Location was a bit of a uphill walk from the train station and downtown, so if you have luggage you'll need to take a taxi. However, there is a free bus we found out on own later that takes you within 200m of the apartment.

Everything about the property is WOW !! It is very well maintained. The Perren family are very courteous and helpful. The view from the place is breathtaking. The property is spacious and has very good surroundings. If I go to Zermatt again, I will stay only at Felice.

Ultra clean, spacious, peace and quiet area, close to Matterhorn gondola, Matterhorn view from balcony, very equipped kitchen, powerful washing machine and dryer, dry space for ski gear, friendly and informative stuff, this place has got everything you could think of.

There is nothing to complain about: the apartment is clean, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedroom is very cozy. The view from the backyard is truly exceptional. Every day in the evening, we enjoyed sitting in the backyard, having our after-hike dessert while admiring the Matterhorn. The location (at the edge of Zermatt, a 20-minute walk from the train station) should be seen as an advantage: it gives us the tranquility of a mountain village, with numerous hiking opportunities nearby.

Location was perfect for exploring and hiking. 25 minute walk from the train station and easy to walk into Zermatt for shops and dinner. Very clean apartment with well-equipped kitchen. The view was stunning - we had the groundfloor apartment with a spacious garden looking out to the Matterhorn. Would definitely recommend staying here! Tips: Washing machine is in the basement (if wish to use then bring franc coins for the meter). Hand and dishsoap provided but bring your own shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

such an amazing stay! the apartment was huge and provided everything we needed - lovely coffee machine, dishwasher, comfy beds, self serve laundry and an amazing view of the Matterhorn right out back. it’s a long uphill walk from town but so worth the quiet and the view you get. The host is lovely too - we would highly recommend!

Everything was awesome. Our hosts were very kind and friendly. They thought everything what we need. Thank you very much again. If we come again to Zermatt, we will definetely stay at Felicé.
