Chalet Z`Wichjehüs is a real gem. The building itself has been brilliantly designed and the owners have thought of everything for the apartment to ensure guests have a wonderful stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, the furnishings are top quality, the bedding luxurious and everything is so clean and well-maintained. Watching the ever-changing view of the Matterhorn from the lounge or balcony is mesmerising and it's a only a short walk to the gondola/restaurants/shops or a free bus ride with the stop just outside the door.

A lovely property, just on the outskirts of town which was great for us, as we like walking. However there is a free bus right outside the door if needed! The property is modern, well equipped with a great view of the Matterhorn (on good clear days 😃 we had two from four, so great!) Beds are comfy in good sized bedrooms, bathroom a nice size and a lovely living/dining/kitchen. Balconies galore to sit out on. There is a lift with a key directly to the apartment so super safe. There is a ski room for shoes and skis (for the winter) etc. We were welcomed by Johnny and saw Bianca when we left and that was perfect because it meant we had no complaints😁

This chalet was perfect for our family of four. It's a bit of a walk from town (15 minutes), but there's a bus stop, and the Klein Matterhorn lift is super close. The chalet was cosy and had everything we needed, including a ski room with boot dryers (a lifesaver after a snowy day!). We loved the fireplace for après-ski evenings, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Plus, there's an elevator, which was a pleasant surprise! The only thing that could be improved was the bed linens, which seemed worn. But other than that, the place was great. There are even a couple of restaurants and a local shop nearby. We also enjoyed walking around the charming village. For getting around, taxis are affordable, but we mostly walked since everything was pretty close. Overall, this chalet was a perfect spot for our ski trip, and we recommend It.

The Chalet is very spacious and very well maintained. They have everything we need especially for a relaxing family vacation. It has a bus from the city centre that brings us to the door step of the chalet . What is best is that we get a direct magnificent view of the Matterhorn all times of the day. The owner was very friendly and extremely helpful . We were very thankful and grateful that the owner ( Ms Barbara) assisted us in getting a Doctor appointment for my son as we needed a Dr to cleanse my son's wound caused by an accident while mountain carting. We will definitely be back again . Highly recommended.

Located in a quieter area of Zermatt, yet close to the town center and in particular to the start of many trails. The view to the Matterhorn from the appartment was a highlight.

The location was awesome - It was away from the touristy section of Zermatt which we loved and there was a very convenient bus that literally drops you off at the chalet doorstep. Gianni and Barbara were amazing hosts and we there to answer any questions we had. The chalet was a great size and the views of the Matterhorn were just grand 👌
