We loved the stunning house at the foot of the mountain with views over the town, featuring spacious rooms and kitchen, a sauna, jacuzzi, mountain water pond in the backyard, and of course, a massage chair and breakfast veranda with a breathtaking panorama.

Wonderful place for both an active and a relaxing break. We combined both and this villa is the perfect base for that.

The Villa is located in the beautiful area of Zill am Ziller, lots of things around hiking, water falls and everything you need. The best part for us was the sauna and the natural swimming pool in the garden we enjoyed it everyday, then the villa is a beautiful piece of art we loved how the whole interior is made out of wood the floors and the walls everything. We had Absolutely everything we need, from 5-6 sinks, 2 amazing showers and many more… Also we loved the fancy electric massage chair! I absolutely recommend it. Everything was perfect. Also our dog had a great time too 🐶
