Overview
This environmentally certified and newly built energy-saving boutique hotel in the centre of Zell am Ziller is made of pine, spruce and oak wood. The Posthotel features a heated outdoor pool with indoor access, and the HeLeni Gourmet Restaurant awaits guests with regional and organic cuisine every day. Pastel colours and natural wood provide for a relaxing ambiance in every room at Das Posthotel Design & Tirol. Combining modern furniture with a traditional style, each room has a balcony and a stylish bathroom featuring toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. Freshly baked bread, Guggelhupf cake, and a Slayer Espresso coffee machine for the best coffee specialties (own coffee roast) are available every morning. After a day out in the mountains, you can relax in the lounge bar or in the hotel lobby with open fireplace enjoying a drink or a coffee. You can also visit the 6 different saunas, have a massage or do a workout in the fitness room. A bicycle and golf equipment rental is on site and a sunbathing lawn is available in the garden during summertime. Ski equipment and bicycles can be stored in a separate room featuring a ski boot dryer. An underground garage is available at an additional cost. The ski bus stops at the Posthotel Design & Tirol and gets you to the Zillertal Arena Ski Area within 4 minutes. The Mayrhofen Ski Area is 8 km away. Use of the Zillertalbahn train line is included in the ski pass, which is available on site. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a public pool and a beach volley court.

Great, nice staff. The spa is top notch, I really loved it. Room is huge and spacious, with a kitchen. Two toilets. Breakfast was ok, but nothing Michelin worthy. No specialties. Ski bus is a two minute walk away.

“Amazing luxury boutique hotel”
Luxury hotel at great price. Excellent, friendly and service minded staff. Good restaurant and great breakfast. Very good spa area og ok gym. Our stay at this hotel was in total amazing. And the room was well equipped, good size and balcony with amazing mountain view. As Arnold said: I'll be back!

Prob one of my worst stays in a 5 star hotel - our room was beautiful but that was about it. Service was beyond awful - not cause of anything else than bad managment and untrained staff. Was veryyyyy surprised. Spa is wonderful though.

“Perfect weekend getaway”
Rooms are amazing (especially size of the bed). Dinner was delicious, breakfast was also good. Spa area was very comfortable and gave “like home” feeling. Overall very positive experience.

The apartment was very big and we had everything we needed. The balcony was very cozy. Dogs are very welcome. You even receive a welcome card for them with trips and things you can do with them.

“I would like to return soon:-)”
I simply liked everything about this hotel. I felt expected long before arrival - I received comprehensive messages by email + there was a phone call a week before the check-in date. Lovely staff, smiling and engaged. Excellent breakfast and menu in the restaurant: a la carte + offer of the day (classic + vegetarian option). Great bartender - I particularly enjoyed the aperitif (the Gin Cassis Fizz interpretation) and the mezcal. The massage was perfekt - as strong as I wanted and very stress relieving. And I know that from a 5* hotel you can usually expect a lot, but not to every hotel I would like to return, and to this hotel I would very much like to come again :-)

“Confertable cozy hotel !”
Super cozy ( all wood) and big room with red light in shower for your back if pain after hike or ski. Bath tub with view on the mountains ! Mini kitchen corner on room.Restaurant has glass around so you have always day light. Food was very good and the view from upper room we were is beautiful.
