I am absolutely disappointed how I was treated when I ask for invoice. I've sent several emails with my kind request to send me the invoice. During my stay I was informed that this is absolutely no problem do you receive invoice by mail. I've sent to hotel all necessary information and never received a reply. In my opinion this is absolutely unbelievable situation that I have to ask so many times to receive invoice and literally I have no information no contact from the Hotel
