“Hell, manager should resign”
This hotel is shit, they rob 61.2 euro from me and I can’t even enter my room because no reception and no one answer message or call! I contacted with customer service of booking then they cancel my order without any reason. No refund and not a single apology! I call police already and I will surely report this hotel. I sit on their chair for the whole night.
