“Great accommodation with beautiful beach without crowds.”

The accommodation is located right by the beach and the locality is quiet with not many tourists. There was everything we needed in the apartment. The terrace was very spacious and overlooked the sea with the beach. There are wooden shutters to eliminate the sun and mosquito nets in every window. The apartment is very quiet at night due to the tight windows and shutters. The kitchen is well-equipped with a spacious dining table and a large sitting room. One of the bedrooms has a door leading to the terrace with a sea view, which was amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the large terrace on comfortable sunbeds, which I think is the best part of the apartment. The owners provided us with beach towels and beach mats. There is a small bakery right behind the house with fresh pastry and bread, and a grocery store 500m far from the house. There is a lovely restaurant by the beach with nice food, and another one just a 15-minute walk from the apartment, Skalinada restaurant, with amazing views and a great menu of fish and seafood.

Family that owns the apartment is amazing, best hosts we have seen in a very long time. They added a lot of value to our vacation themselves. Apartment is brand new and very comfortable.

This property has a lot going for it 1. The beach is really close, (at the bottom of the steps) in fact so close you can call out to your family on the beach while relaxing on the balcony. 2. The view is amazing from the balcony, uninterrupted water views covering 180 degrees. You can enjoy watching the yachts pass while the day goes by. 3. As the villa is on the 3rd story the mosquitos and bugs were kept at bay and the villa has fly screens in each room 4. Aircon in each room ensures a pleasant sleep despite the heat outside 5. There is a lovely beachside bar/ restaurant at the other end of the beach, great option to have, however most nights we dined on the balcony. 6. There is a ground floor room that has beach umbrellas and inflatables that are free to use 7. The bbq is something else, located on the ground floor overlooking the water, the host made himself available to help light this charcoal bbq and supply home made olive oil to baste your food. 8. Plenty of off street parking with the property accessed via a private lane 9. The villa is large, with 2 massive bedrooms, a large kitchen and living room, utility room with toilet and modern washing machine, 2nd WC and very large balcony. 10. The balcony is very large with enough room for a dining table, double swing chair, twin sun lounges and leftover space. There is also a retractable awning for when the sun gets too much. 11. The host Marco lives downstairs and is on hand for any queries or requests, from fixing aircon to organizing boat hire.

The location was excellent- right next to the beach. It was very well appointed with very good air conditioning and everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was fantastic.

We loved everything about this property and its location. Would definitely come back. It had everything we needed for a family of 5, we truly felt at home. The apartment was large, well furnished, and had all the little things you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The host was welcoming and helpful and even welcomed us with some local fruit and wine.
