The resort is in an excellent location. The buildings are new, in the final stages of construction and occupancy. The staff at the reception is very courteous. There's a restaurant in this location and plenty of parking.

The hotel is a new build, but the quality isn’t very high. It was advertised as a luxury lake stay, yet there was no lake view, no trail to reach the lake, and no proper path to walk around it. In the mornings, we were woken up by loud construction noise — constant banging and drilling. When we asked at the reception, we were told we were “lucky” because it’s even louder on the other side of the building. One day we were surprised to find a delivery had been made while we were out — a washing machine and a coffee machine were left in the service room inside our apartment. This means someone entered without permission, which didn’t feel right. We stayed for five days, and during that time no cleaning or bin emptying was offered. The room was advertised as having a washing machine, but although it was delivered near the end of our stay, it was never installed. The shower clogged after a couple of days, and we had to clean the drain ourselves to keep using it. Only one towel per person was provided — just a single bath towel, with no hand or face towel. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here right now. Maybe later, once the construction is finished and the service becomes more guest-oriented, it could be worth reconsidering.

It was a good price for the value of staying close to Szczyrk or Żywiec. Friendly and helpful staff, a clean and large apartment, a convenient location (15 minutes from Szczyrk to Zarzecze by car), a comfortable beds.

“Nice looking place but with low level of services and minimum willingness to help their guests”
Rooms with nice modern design. Placed in an ideal location just a few minutes walk to the Zywiecki lake. Quality restaurant with delicious food, service and level of spoken English was however lower.
