“Good Hotel for travellers with parking”
Good hotel with clean rooms. We were on the 7th floor and the shower pressure was amazing. Restaurant has a great breakfast buffet. Menu a bit more limited for dinner. The staff were lovely and very caring as my partner was feeling unwell and they arranged an early check in for us. Secure parking was also appreciated

“Friendly and nice”
The staff was super friendly, we had a problem with the room and they changed it right away. The room was big enough, and the beds were comfortable. Also, there was an amazing bathtub to relax.

The bed was very big (larger than our superking) and comfortable. Two pillows on the bed. A large bathroom with shower over the bath and two sinks. There's a safe in the wardrobe. The room was made up each day and fresh towels were added in the bathroom everyday. Considering the hotel is in the middle of an industrial site with lots of lorries parked outside, it was a quiet room.

“Lovely hotel but room for improvement”
The hotel is located in a commercial area of the city but being on a bus route and with the stop being just down from the hotel, access to the city centre is simple and takes only 10 minutes. We were checked in by Merche who was excellent in every aspect - friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. We also received a free room upgrade which was a very pleasant surprise. The breakfast has everything you need to set you up for the day and there is on-site parking located in a garage beneath the hotel. It was very quiet however we stayed early January and on the eve of a public holiday so the businesses surrounding the hotel were closed so cannot comment if the hotel is quiet all year round.
