“Family Spanish road trip stop off”

Great location for easy living, with supermarkets and other shops in the area. Easy garage parking for a minivan, and yet only 15 mins pleasant riverside walk to the old town. The apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean, bedrooms were large and all beds comfortable. Large balcony with comforable seating gets the sun all day and has great views over the Ebra river to the old town and basilica. The hosts were first class. Very prompt and informative communication from well before arrival. Welcome provisions were confirmed for any special requests that go above and beyond expectations. Plus a lovely homemade cake, fresh eggs from their own chickens and home produced olive oil add an extra nice touch. Highly recommended accommodation and hosts.

The apartment is very spacious and bright, Fully equipped, and beautifully decorated, they have a cute terrace with wonderful views over the pool and river. The apartment had air conditioning throughout the house, which literally saved our lives as we went close to August! Patricia is an amazing host, she left us with some places to go around Zaragoza and has genuine concern with our well being in our stay. If you have a car they have private parking under the apartment as well. Would definitely recommend

“Beautiful apartment in a great area.”

It had a lovely balcony with a view of the River Ebro and also The Pilar. Very comfortable and the host left biscuits, bread, a homemade cake and wine and asked if there was anything else she could put in the fridge for us like milk. The property has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms , one with a bath and shower over and the other with a shower. There was a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer too. Underground parking and also spaces outside the apartments. Swimming pool and a children's pool. 15 mins walk to the centre of Zaragoza. There is a small Lidl and an Al Campo nearby. Also there is a pastry shop close by for breakfast and various bars.

Patricia had given us very good information on where to eat and to visit. Thanks for her kindness!

The apartment was clean, spacious, tastefully-decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay. We like it that it is located in a quiet, modern residential area with a view of the Ebro river and the Basilica. Patricia was a hospitable and exceptional host who took the time to ask about our personal preferences and provided us with useful information about the city. She takes excellent care of her guests and goes beyond what is expected, setting the bar high for other hosts. We were welcomed with generous and delectable treats. She even made it easy and possible for our daughter to carry out a surprise for us! We're glad that of the many options available, we decided to book our stay with them. Balcon del Ebro offers the complete package, definitely a home away from home!

We could not have asked for a more welcoming, friendly and helpful host - Patricia! She went out of her way to assist us on our arrival to the city and was always available/ contactable during our stay (via Whats App) for anything we wanted to ask. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The balcony was so relaxing with magnificent views. Patricia also provided a range of welcome products including some special items (Olive Oil. potatoes. eggs - from the Ecological Farm of Patricia and her husband Jesus) and some tasty home baking. Hi. I spent with my friends 3 wonderful nights in Zaragoza in this perfect location. The apartment we rented was 10+, in a new neighborhood right on the banks of the river Ebru, clean, spacious, very modern, pool, garage, looks better than in the pictures although this does not happen often. The owners of the apartment waited for us with wine, organic food, a homemade cake which was sensational and a welcome letter. We arrived at a late hour and the host's husband also secured us a meal from a nearby restaurant as we couldn't find many restaurants nearby. We communicated with them non stop, they told us what to visit absolutely everything we needed. I recommend this location wholeheartedly, you will not go wrong with this choice. Thank you Mrs Patricia and Mr Jesus.

Seriously - I wish every stay could be this easy and accommodating. Patricia contacted us well in advance, provided so much information about how to get there and what to do in beautiful Zaragoza and then met us at the apartment to ensure we settled in comfortably. Some little "extra" gifts on our arrival was just what was needed after a long road trip and thoroughly appreciated. A modern and secure apartment just a very pleasant 10 minute stroll into the Zaragoza old town and cathedral. Highly recommended.

“Perfect accomodation”

We travel a lot, almost always staying in apartments. You can tell that we have never been to a place like this before! The accommodation was incredible! Perfectly equipped, spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. It's not enough that there are 3 bedrooms, there is also a study where you can comfortably store your suitcases. Patricia is extremely kind and helpful, I can only say good things about her and her attitude! We arrived earlier than check-in, but they also solved this, we were able to leave our luggage there until they finished cleaning the apartment. Patricia told and described a lot of useful things for us, she kept in touch with us during our stay to see if everything was okay. Upon our arrival, she treated us with many small gifts, for which we are very grateful. A big positive of the accommodation is that there are two parking spaces available in the underground garage. The city center is very close, yet the accommodation is quiet! I can only recommend this accomodation to everyone!
