“Perfect stay, in all terms!”
The apartment is perfectly situated - about 10 minutes' walk from the Delicias Station, 20 minutes' walk from the University campus, and perhaps 30 minutes' walk from the Plaza del Pilar - and spacious, with all the facilities you need. It is also an ideal place for a longer stay, as in my case, so if you need a comfortable place to combine work and exploring the city, this is a perfect choice. And the owner is very nice and very helpful!

The apartment is very nice, clean and modern, not far from the city center. The parking place is very near. The Host is very helpful and replays fast. We got very detailed instructions (even with photos) from Daniel how to get a key and how to enter Garage.
