“Some remarks but over all recommended”
Well located in city center of Zamora, free (valet) parking facility, comfortable beds, clean, friendly personnel. Good value for money.

“I am claiming refund for this horrible room. Please, return me my money back.”
Horrible place with toilet behind glass in the middle of the room. And with very small windows facing the stairs. I travelled with my teen son. We couldn't use toilet. Because there is no privacy with such toilet We had to go outside and use toilet next to cantina. And it was no table inside room. Instead of table there was third bed with wheels. Like in hospital And it's horribly expensive.

“Good choice in a central location”
Nice hotel right down the block from the Zocalo. Our room was very large and comfortable. Bathroom was very nice. The included breakfast was very good.
