Zofia is a fantastic host,she goes out of her way to make you welcome, the property itself is beautiful and the rooms are clean,tidy and comfortable. If I ever come back then I will always stop here.

“We had a pleasant stay in a cozy, well-equipped room close to the train station”

A relatively spacious and cozy room with a large double bed, a table and chairs, as well as a TV and various appliances — an electric kettle, refrigerator, and coffee machine. The bathroom included a hairdryer and towels. Board games were also available. Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning, and the portion size was just right — not too much and not too little. In the evenings, the heating was turned on, which allowed us to dry our wet clothes after the rain. Only around 15 minutes from the train station.

We were very happy with our stay at this property. The rooms are newly finished, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well maintained. The owner was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend ordering the breakfast — it was beautifully prepared and delivered directly to our room. There was a great variety of cheeses, ham, yoghurt, fresh fruit, and other delicious items. It was such a lovely touch and a perfect way to start the day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

The location is very good, you can either walk to the city center or take a bus. The place itself is very nice, it is a traditional house with a small parking lot. We always had a place for parking. The interior is very nice and everything was super clean. We had a kitchen on the same floor. It was very convenient. There was everything we needed like a coffee machine, tea, and some basic stuff for cooking. Breakfast was tasty and we always packed something with us because the portion was quite big.

It was a wonderful stay – the hosts were very friendly. Even though they don't speak English, we managed to communicate very well with the help of a translator. We asked for an earlier breakfast, and it was prepared without any issues. The food was very tasty, with something different every day. Of course, there are a few staple items served every morning, but that’s definitely not a problem. The house was quite easy to find.

My stay couldn't have been any better. The location of the hotel is ideal - within a walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The surrounding area is quiet. The owner is a very hospitable and lovely woman, who genuinely cares about guests' experience. I very much liked the interior and cosy atmosphere of the place. Breakfast was excellent, and I would like to highlight home-made "sharlotka" - an apple pie to die for. The bed was really comfy, and I was very pleased that my room had a balcony where I would drink tea in the evening. Overall, I had a perfect stay and would be happy to come back.

Warmly communicative villa owner, very tasty breakfast, neat and cozy rooms

Our stay at Willa Mały Dworek was delightful. The property matched the photos perfectly, with attention to detail and impeccable cleanliness. The villa is conveniently located just a couple of kilometers from Zakopane’s center, making it easy to walk to the main bus station, explore the town, and enjoy local dining options.  The host was incredibly welcoming and always greeted us with a warm smile. A highlight of our stay was the breakfast—each morning featured a different, beautifully presented meal made with fresh ingredients. The crepes with cottage cheese were among the best we’ve ever had! Although the villa is situated among other houses, it’s easy to find. If you’re a light sleeper, you might hear neighbors walking, but we didn’t experience any disturbances during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience without any issues. Thank you for a great stay!

The property was so clean and was lovely. It is close to Zakopane centre and can be walked but buses and taxis are available at very affordable prices. Check in and check out was very easy.
