The property is placed in a quiet place with walking access to a variety of hiking trails. This is something we were looking for.

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was absolutely perfect! The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful - truly wonderful people. There’s a very comfortable and well-equipped barbecue area where we had a great time with our friends. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

I had a wonderful time in Zakopane. Although the official check-in time was from 4:00 PM, I arrived around 2:30 PM and was kindly allowed to check in early. Communication was smooth throughout, and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave great tips about nearby shops, nice restaurants, and the best hiking routes in the mountains. The apartment is located slightly outside the city center, which I actually found perfect — it's easy to get to the center either by bus or on foot. As for the accommodation itself, it was absolutely spot on. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, and well-equipped. It might sound like a small detail, but it also smelled really nice — especially the towels, which had a particularly pleasant scent. Highly recommended!

Nice apartments and very hospitable hosts. They cared for that we had comfortable stay. There’s a good barbecue zone under the roof, so even rainy weather couldn’t stop us from doing barbecue :) The apartments have a good location. It’s in a quiet place, very close to Tatra National Park. We enjoyed walking through the green hills along pine trees. Also we had a pleasure to hear birds singing in the mornings :) We had a good time :)

We have just returned from Willa Kosowka and we had a great time. 10-15minute walk away from Nosal ski school, the size of the apartments meant that we could all stay together and have a lounge area. The hosts were great with and extremely helpful with local knowledge.

We have been coming to Zakopane for several years, and the location is very convenient for us - it is easy to walk to the Nasal track. We really liked the accommodation - friendly hosts, a calm atmosphere, clean and spacious apartments. Very cozy common room on the ground floor - with a fireplace, pool table and children's corner.

The room is comfortable, the owner is very friendly and there is a billiards table that can be used at night, we enjoyed staying there.

Amiable staff, English speaking. We had people from all over Europe with absolutely different preferences for vacation time. The hostess found what to suggest to each of us. Very clean, cozy, and well-equipped apartment.

Great communication with the owners, they let us check in early and gave great recommendations for restaurants. The studio was clean, had all the necessary things to live there comfortably. Loved the sauna that can be rented out - we used it couple of times.

The reception guy was so nice! You are allowed to play billiards! The room we had was at the top, and we were absolutely taken aback by how well-organized and clean it looked. It was simply perfect for all of us. A kitchen with everything we needed, 2 bedrooms, and a pull-out couch. If we ever get the chance to visit Zakopane once again, then we will definitely stay here again! P.S. The pictures I posted are after our stay, that's why the apartment might look a little messy, but it was completely clean at the start

“Lovely cozy place!”

We loved the cozy and comfortable place for a short trip. The apartment was equipped with all necessary items. Though the hotel was not close to the city centre, the location was very convenient for food and forest trails. There are really good restaurants around and many forest trails within a kilometer. It is also a good location to stay if one has plans to visit Morskie oko.

The location is perfect. The host was very helpful and friendly. We would like to come back and recomend this villa for everybody.
