Excellent stay with a beautiful view Our stay with VisitZakopane was a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very bright, with a beautiful view of the spa area and the mountains. The breakfasts were rich and varied — every day there was something different, which made the mornings even more enjoyable. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, from household essentials to bathrobes, which made the stay especially comfortable and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily choose VisitZakopane again.

Good location, spacious and a great view. Modern apartment blocks with a lovely thermal pool and facilities that can be used. Bath robes were left for all four of us to use which was a nice touch.

Location was ok, 15 minutes walk to the centre. Never met the host. A bit of a mix up upon our arrival, they gave us a different address on the day of the arrival and we had to drive around to 3 different locations for more than 30 minutes in the taxi to find it. Thankfully the driver spoke english so we could communicate. There was no cleaning service during our stay and the sofa bed for our children was not ready, we had to set it up etc. Other than that it was a nice for a short visit.

“Luxurious apartment facing the Tatra mountains”

We loved our stay in the Royal Resort and Spa, our room was clean, modern and spacious with a lovely balcony facing the pool and the Tatra mountains. We enjoyed using the coffee machine and the large fridge in the apartment and the bed was very comfortable. The check in process is very easy and the hotel is about a 20 minute walk into the main street in Zakopane. The spa facilities are fantastic and the pool is very hot with beautiful lighting in the evenings once it gets dark. In your room you are provided with dressing gowns for walking to and from the spa, there are also multiple saunas and a steam room in the spa area below the pool.

Very cosy, comfortable, clean and the views and setting is simply stunning. Only thing is that there is about a 15 min walk to town which is all downhill. Not a problem usually but we had a disabled guest with us and a buggy which wasn't easy in the snow. Stating that it is a downhill and uphill walk should be indicated.

Apartmen is absolutely super, everything what you need is there,. There is also indoor playground for kids and perfect outdoor hot pool outside, where you can be also in winter. We definitely come back.

This appears to be one of the best rooms in the facility! Facing the mountains AND the pool. The pool is really warm and cosy at night. The spa has a large selection of saunas and a steam room which are all clean and modern. Great location, short walk to krupowki. And Kasprowy wierch cable car. Easy check in and car park underground. Would love to see this place in winter 🤞

The apartment was beautiful with a charming cabin feel and a movie-like view. The modern accommodation was lovely, and the well-maintained onsite pool and saunas were fantastic. The host was wonderful and provided a parking space for our stay. It was about a 10-minute walk to the main centre.

“Amazing week in the snow”

In general royal cozy apartment at a very strategical location. Close to the city Main Street Krupówki and the start of Snowlandia, ski jump track and access to the Tatra mountain national park. Parking space below. And the breakfast was unreal. Each morning a big bag of eggs, sausages, pancakes, etc.
