The location is very convenient and close to the centre. The room was clean and everything was well prepared for our arrival. The jacuzzi was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Initially there was some confusion regarding access, as no specific time restrictions were mentioned in the offer. However, after we contacted the owner, he was accommodating and arranged access for us without any issues. We appreciated the responsiveness and willingness to resolve the situation.

We (family of 5 - 2 adults, 3 kids age 8,4,3) had a wonderful stay at Kaplova Chata. The location is excellent – very close to Krupówki, which made everything easily accessible on foot. The mattress in the room was very comfortable, so we slept really well, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious. A special thank you to Pan Andrzej, who was a very helpful and kind owner. I truly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

The owner made us feel very welcome and if you needed anything extra (I.e. extra towels to take to the thermal spa) you only had to ask and they would accommodate. The room was very comfortable and clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel itself is very warm and cozy, perfect to return to after a long day skiing and being in the cold. It is only a short walk away from the main Krupowki street, and we loved it's proximity to Nosal ski resort by car. Breakfast had a good variety and was very delicious The owner and staff were all very friendly and hospitable! If we ever go back to Zakopane we will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

“Super Location and the room, breakfast and the host were fantastic”

The warm room and hot shower ready for us were perfect after the snow, breakfast was fantastic to set us off for a day in the mountains. The location is perfect to get out fast in the car but also to walk to restaurants. And the host is super helpful, we had a great time.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious with something different every day. The whole facility was spotless clean. We loved the Spa and the location was ideal.

We were given an incredibly beautiful room with a panoramic window on the top floor. There were very beautiful views from the window. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed. There was a kitchen in the room with all the necessary amenities, including a fridge. The breakfasts were delicious and varied; tasty meat and sausages were prepared by the owner himself. The owner and the staff were very welcoming and hospitable. We are extremely satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back again!

The property was beautiful and so clean, the location was perfect just a short walk from the town centre. The owners were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We throughly enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was amazing!

Absolutely worth staying in. Very clean and nice apartment , the owner was extremely helpful and supportive with anything we’ve asked for - wish all hosts to be like that. Tasty breakfast with plenty options to choose from and jacuzzi with sauna was a cherry on top for our stay. Highly recommended!

The hosts were really nice people, they gave us a lot of recommendations on our trip to Poland. The breakfast included was exceptional with a lot of vegetarian options. About the accommodation it’s exactly as the pictures, great rooms, a beautiful house and it was snowing at the time of our trip so it’s was all wonderful

The apartment and the whole building were clean, staff really takes care of everything. The staff was very nice :) the location was great, it’s very close to the Kuźnice, where a lot of hiking routes start, and also close to the main street Krupówki with many entertainment, restaurants, etc. Also, we had an option with breakfasts included, they were pretty good (you can choose whatever you want)!
