Despite staying for just one night, I can say the accommodation is wonderful! The staff are friendly and helpful in resolving any issues, the breakfast is very tasty, and the view from the window is amazing. I can recommend it!

Villa 11 is a fantastic place to stay. Super clean, cozy, and full of charming mountain-style details in the interior. Even though we chose a corner room, we still had mountain views and could wake up to birds singing – such a peaceful start to the day. A big plus for the private parking spot – always convenient and stress-free. Breakfasts were excellent: varied, fresh, and with something new to try every day. We came for hiking, so each morning after breakfast we’d ask the kitchen staff for hot water for tea in our thermos. On the last day, they came to us first and said, “we’re ready to make your tea.” That level of attentiveness and care in the small details really stood out and made our stay even more special. There’s also a sauna you can reserve privately – along with a beautiful lounge area just for yourselves. That was easily one of the highlights. Highly recommended.

I was delighted with our room and the view. It is cozy, feels like home. Excellent treat from the staff, the girls always looked after us. Didn't ask her name but the receptionist lovely person!

Great accommodation with stylishly furnished rooms and all areas of the villa. Generous and tasty breakfasts with friendly staff. The receptionist was very pleasant and hospitable, we felt at home. Private sauna available at a pre-arranged time. Free parking in front of the villa. 30-minute walk directly to the center of Zakopane. The stay exceeded our expectations. We would love to come back to you.

Friendly staff, very nicely decorated, comfortable location, good breakfast and we liked that it was always warm, something you don't find at all locations in Zakopane.

The owner of hotel was so helpful, she told us everything what we need about city, hiking routes. Which peaks are dangerous. Location very good, close to city, bueautiful mountain view.

The property was very clean, spacious with a lovely balcony. Very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter the property. The dining area was available throughout the day and there was a nice selection of tea, coffee , cold drinks, fruit and biscuits. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and the kitchen staff very polite. Ela was fabulous, knowledgeable and very friendly 😀

I liked that we could see the mountains from the windows. There was a nice balcony which can be real cozy in nice weather. The breakfast was great. Even our request for an early check-in was accommodated. The check-in details were very easy to follow.

Beautiful design, very comfortable bed, balcony with mountains view, delicious breakfast. There's no kettle in a room, but I was allowed to take my coffee to enjoy it on a balcony. I also enjoyed the bath with natural soap. Amazing attention to details. Free maps of Zakopane and Tatras in a lobby.
