Room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days , only after contacting reception was this then carried out . Breakfast at times look chaotic and repetitive at times, I do appreciate cooking for such large numbers isn’t easy but was expecting little more .

“Great hotel, value for money, breakfast and dinner 10/10”
I like the hotel as a whole, staff were great, breakfast was fantastic, spa massages were also great. I liked that they had a happy hour, restaurant by the hotel was 10/10.

Great location for those who want to go on hiking trip. As it was my intention. Tatra National Park is only a few minutes' walk from hotel. Great breakfast with plenty of options. The lobby bar is exceptional with great options. Arriving quite late on a weekday evening meant that the local restaurants had already closed their doors. Thankfully, the hotel's lobby bar offered food&drinks options.

“Good place to come for a couple of days.”
We’ve stayed here for the third time already — it’s definitely our favorite compared to other similar resorts in Poland. The breakfasts are delicious, the hotel is generally well-maintained even though it’s not brand new. There are plenty of activities for kids. The cocktails at the bar are really good. Great place for a relaxing family holiday!
