We had a wonderful stay at **Polana Szymoszkowa Ski Resort – Chamerion Apartments**. The apartments were absolutely beautiful — very clean, cozy, stylish and perfectly equipped. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and you can really feel care and attention in every detail. The location is amazing, with stunning mountain views and direct access to the ski area. It was quiet, comfortable and ideal both for relaxing and for family time. A special thank you to the hostess — she is a truly kind and helpful person who did so much for us and was always ready to assist. The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional. We felt genuinely taken care of during our entire stay. We enjoyed every moment and created beautiful memories here. We will definitely come back again, and next time we plan to stay for a full week! Highly recommended to everyone visiting Zakopane.

Everything. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were at our own house. We have three kids, and we needed to stay for 10 days, and this apartment was perfect for us, because it has very good spaces, and it is very clean and very well furnished with everything we needed. The location is amazing, a very quiet area with an amazing mountain view, yet very close to the city's main street and centre (15-minute walk), and a Ski lift to Gabalowka Mountain just across the street and a private parking in the basement. The host was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. She was always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions and gave us some very good recommendations on places to visit and things to do during our stay. The check-in and check-out were very smooth and quick. We totally enjoyed our stay, and we would definitely book the same apartment if we visited Zakopane again. Totally recommended for families with kids looking for a long stay.

“Excellent”

We stayed in this wonderful place with my wife and two children. First of all, everything in the apartment was well thought out and elegantly designed. There were even toys for the children! The wooden architecture made us truly feel like we were in Zakopane. The location was perfect, right next to the ski resort. The cleanliness and comfort were excellent, and every detail in the house was amazing. It had everything we needed. The electric fireplace added a romantic touch to our stay, creating unforgettable moments. Our view was breathtaking—Tatra Mountains stood majestically right in front of us. But most importantly, the host was always attentive and helped us with everything we needed. We are truly grateful to them. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

The owner has been extremely helpful with all the information and recommendations. Very professional and friendly. She made sure we had a pleasant stay. She was in touch with us for the whole weekend- to make sure we are okay and not in need of anything. Easy to access the property- parking provided- underground or outside. Well located. The view was nice- and area very quiet. Recommend it to everyone.

The most beautiful apartment I have been to in Zakopane so far! The views are just amazing from every room. The balcony view from the living room is just mind blowing ❤️ Highly recommended this chalet. Urszula, the host was very sweet and recommended us many options to travel, groceries and restaurants! Very nice apartment! The interior design is colorful and cozy. A lot of kitchenware for use and the coffee machine is good quality. Room is very warm and comfortable. The owner is fast responsive and informative. Walking distance to the ski rental and ski resort!

Everything perfect, location just 2 minutes walk to the ski lift, 15 minutes walk to Zakopane city center. Apartment was clean, all you need is there (kitchen, bathroom). Owner is very nice - always there for you, she gave us many useful information - thank you again and we highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

I recommend these apartments to everyone to stay. The location is very good, across the road there is a mountain, there are a lot of skiing equipment rentals. To the main street +-15/20 minutes. Very hospitable hosts, a pleasant and friendly girl greeted us and checked us in. We were always in touch. There were no problems in the room, everything was as indicated on the booking and in the photos. Thank you very much!

The owner of the property and the reception are very accommodating. The apartment has everything you need and it is exactly as what you can see on the photos they've provided.

“A place you don't want to leave”

This is one of the best apartments we have lived in. Super interior, a lot of unusual beautiful decor elements, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, a lot of books and games for children, everything was clean. And of course, a breathtaking view, because of which we didn’t want to go outside 😀, and from the side of the dining room we enjoyed watching a herd of cows in a meadow, in general, we visited little Switzerland 😄. I recommend and hope to come back again.

the appartment is so luxurious. it looks even nicer than the pictures. we didnt expect it to be that nice. we wanted to spend time at home more than outdoors because it was very cozy, into the snow mood and really cool . the landlord was very nice. she recommended good places which was very helpful. we didnt have any issue. the location is really good. the view is breathtaking. i have videos too on my Instagram about the whole appartment

One of the best places I visited in Zakopane, and it is the second time for me. We are a family and we visit this place every year. Polana chamerion is close to the cable telefrek and there are cafes near it and the city center of Zakopane and it has a market and restaurants in addition to the nearby rivers. You can visit the Tatra Mountains, which are close for ten minutes by car, very beautiful and in the center of the city. Big thanks for the Owner & for JUSTAYNA 💐
