With the Tatra Mountains as a spectacular backdrop, Ośrodek Wypoczynkowy Start is a recreational centre located in the heart of Zakopane, 300 metres from lively Krupówki Street and 800 metres from Wielka Krokiew Ski Jumping Hill and by a number of ski lifts and mountain trails. Great Location, Very friendly staff.. great recommendation for the nearby local traditional polish restaurant (Bąkowo Zohylina Niźnio, which is just a few block down the street).. Totally fit to our travel purpose..

“Nice Location”
The location is fairly good and only takes 5 mins to the centre. The water pressure of the shower is perfect after the long day hike. The bed is well comfy

“Overall it was a good stay”
It was close to the city center, had a kettle, mugs, hairdryer and also offered a really nice view. The Biedronka supermarket was just a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

Close to Biedronka supermarket and Krupówki street. The breakfast was fresh and tasty - I didn't have any stomach issues. The temperature in rooms was moderate during a warm day.
