Located on the south-western slope of the Antałówka Hill, 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Zakopane, Kompleks Antałówka Termy & Med offers free Wi-Fi in public areas. The property consists of two buildings of which the main building has direct access to the water park with a swimming pool area, thermal baths and saunas. The rooms at the Kompleks Antałówka Termy & Med come with a private bathroom, TV and a radio. Most have a balcony and offer beautiful views of the Tatra Mountains. What I liked: The thermal baths are excellent – modern, clean, and very relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff, always polite and welcoming. The hotel is very clean, and the room was well maintained and properly cleaned. Tasty breakfasts, fresh and varied, a great start to the day. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay in a peaceful location.

The staff is very kind. The room is old furnitured but very clean. The breakfast is tasty and delicious. There is a great small play room for children with nice toys. The location is great, the main street is in walking distance.

The mattresses was too soft (worn out?) that the middle went down to shape a cauldron. Uncomfortable to sleep and back pain secured for every morning because of this. The power sockets were hidden (behind furniture, desk, etc), inaccessible. Only one was accessible in the middle of the room. I'd expect at least one, close to each bed.

The renovated rooms are very nice, big and comfortable. The part of the hotel with direct connection to Spa is much better and comfortable choice. Locaiton near city centre. Good breakfast, nice personal.
