We had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, including a good selection of gluten-free options for my partner. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed relaxing in the spa facilities during the evening.

We visited the hotel from the 18th to the 20th of February, two adults and two kids. We had a great stay! The staff are lovely, and a special thanks to the incredibly kind Ms. Natalia, who was so helpful both at reception and at the bar. The location is fantastic, everything was clean, and the breakfast was excellent.

Gorgeous views. We were able to walk into the centre with our 6 year old jn the snow. Lovely restaurants up the road. Close to a ski slope. Ski room available to store equipment.

Rooms, breakfast and location were good. Rooms were clean, breakfast was tasty, and it is in walkable (kind of) distance to center.

We loved the room and facilities available, the location was great we had a nice view.

In the room during the peak season in December, there was no heating until 5 PM — the radiators were cold, even though there were two pregnant women staying in the hotel and it was the high season. Also, there were not always enough parking spaces, because the hotel has a limited number of parking spots, and there were more cars than available spaces, that they charged, If we returned after 8 PM, there were moments when no parking was available. Although the website states that you can pay for lunch, lunch does not exist. For dinner, if you want to eat at the hotel, you can only choose between two set menus, abd need to order till 2pm. The hygiene was at a medium level.

The best and most positive part of our stay was the bartender with the ‘I love boxing’ writing on his back. He was truly kind and had such a positive attitude.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional! From the very first moment, you can feel the warm, highlander hospitality – the staff are extremely polite, helpful, and always smiling. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and decorated in a style that beautifully combines regional touches with modern comfort. From the windows, there was a breathtaking view of the Tatra Mountains, making every morning a delight. Breakfast was a real feast – a wide selection of fresh products, including local cheeses and pastries, all served in a cozy dining room with a charming fireplace. The hotel also offers a fantastic spa area with a sauna and jacuzzi, perfect after a day of hiking or skiing. The location is excellent – close to Krupówki Street, yet in a quieter part of town, which allows for complete relaxation. I would gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone dreaming of a perfect holiday in the heart of the Polish mountains

Location was good

I’ve stayed in many dog-friendly hotels across Europe, but I’ve never experienced anything like this: despite paying an extra fee for my dog, we were greeted with a sign (see attached photo) saying that dogs are not allowed in the dining room. Based on that, no hotel should advertise itself as “dog-friendly,” because this is simply not what that means. I say this based on extensive experience staying in truly pet-friendly places. One suggestion we received at the reception was to leave our dog in the room while we eat breakfast. But for us, our dog is not luggage – he’s family. The other justification we received from the hotel was that someone could be allergic. That makes little sense, for two reasons: Someone who is allergic will still be exposed to allergens elsewhere in the hotel Who would book a stay at a dog-friendly hotel if they’re allergic to dogs? We found several restaurants in the city center where we could eat indoors with our dog, so clearly it is possible. The hotel could have easily reserved a small corner of the dining room for guests with dogs. As a result, we took our breakfast to the lobby and ate there with our dog, who is a small, well-behaved miniature schnauzer who has completed two dog training programs. I hope this information helps other travelers, but I must say: dogs are treated quite strangely across Poland. There are muzzle requirements in many places, which I haven’t encountered in any other European country. Aside from this, the hotel was acceptable in terms of price-to-quality, but due to the dog issue, I cannot recommend it positively in the future.
