Staff brilliant, always ready to help. Hotel very clean and quiet. Top deck restaurant superb and great value, Polish dishes especially. Good setting at foot of mountains and close to Tatra trails. Breakfasts good generally. Some spa use included in price.

The food is great, the pool is OK but small. Besides these, this hotel is definetely not a 4 star hotel. The walls are so bad you can clearly hear EVERYTHING from the rooms around you.. if you want to have a good sleep or have a rest, do not come here, because you will hear children screaming, running around, and even people talking in normal voice. There are literally zero sound soundproofing. The room (the whole building) looks old, totally basic, not even the cleanest I’ve ever seen. You have to pay 60PLN for parking/day, which of course they didn’t tell you while cheking in.

The staff was nice, the guy who checked us in (forgot to ask his name) was very professional and competent and the cleaning lady was nice and positive. Our requests for slippers and forks were delivered fast (despite the busy hour + leisure group check-in time). Pool and sauna was super and not crowded, which made our evening. During the check-out we were given a lunch box (which we requested) and the coupon with a good discount for our next stay👀
