Location is amazing: right next to the ski lift and the start of the hiking trail. There’s a small stream flowing nearby. The apartment upstairs is very cozy and well-designed. The food is delicious, and the staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming!

The bed was firm and very comfortable. It's important to turn on the radiators before the room gets too cold. The location is special because the booking allows you to park in Kuznice which is otherwise forbidden. I don't think there is somewhere to eat in the evenings so going into town is necessary.

“Friendly staff, great breakfast, and very clean rooms.”
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They truly made me feel valued as a guest. The breakfast was excellent, offering a fresh and tasty options to start the day right. Everything was well-prepared and nicely presented. The accommodation itself was spotless and very well maintained. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority, which made the stay even more comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

I got very sick in our last day there and even though we didn’t expect much we either way kindly asked for at least a partial refund. We never got it.

Great accomodation, little complicated to find while using the google maps. Nice place where to sleep. Parking on site. The reastaurants closes pretty early, but 2min walk towards the lift is one gorgeous place where to eat.

The hotel is overrated, in my opinion. Breakfast and staff at the hotel are lovely, the whole one bedroom flat was good size.

“Peaceful & Relaxed”
The location of the property cannot be more perfect. It's in a quiet, tranquil place once the attraction (cable car to the top of the mountains) is closed. I could go to bed listening to the water flowing from the mountains and wake up and listen to the birds chirping. It felt very peaceful and you'll feel very connected to nature (if you ditch the phone and other gadgets ofcourse :-) ).

Location was fantastic - a really beautiful area close to the hiking trails. The room was mostly clean and very large. (More like an apartment) Also had free guest parking which was a great addition!

Very nice hotel, with fantastic location at the foot of the tatra national park. Breakfast starts at 7,30, so not so great for an early start, but really great food! Parking is up the bumpy street under the birch trees.
