Ernest was amazingly helpful and accommodating especially when the flights changed. The location is excellent. Supermarket across the road and good restaurants down the street.

“A good base for visiting Zagreb”

We chose to return to this apartment for our final night in Croatia as it had been so comfortable and well equipped. Ernest had continued to provide useful recommendations and tips during our trip - such a lovely host who loves Croatia.

“Wonderful appartment:)”

The apartment is big with two separate bedrooms and a big hall with kitchen. Everything that we need for a comfortable stay were in apartment, even some sweets and coffee. Another special thanks to the apartment owner for a detailed information, support and advices during our stay. I’m definitely recommend it!

“Great weekend in Zagreb”

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very cosy, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The place was well equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and easy. The location is excellent — very close to the city centre, so everything was within walking distance. Parking was conveniently arranged in an underground garage across the street, which was a big plus. The host was extremely helpful and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Our stay in the apartment was excellent. Everything was spotless and well organized, and the location was perfect — especially since we were traveling with three children, so everything we needed was nearby. The host was extremely helpful and recommended great family-friendly places to eat, as well as wonderful spots to visit with the kids (museums, the zoo, etc.). It was truly a very positive experience, and we would gladly return.

It was our first visit to Zagreb and we couldn't have chosen a better accommodation than the Central Apartment Smiley. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, has a great old town vibe, is well equipped and clean. The owner Ernest is a great host, answered all our questions from the beginning, left us chocolate cookies as a welcome, we appreciated Ernest's tips on what to see in the city and where to enjoy delicious local food. We were in Zagreb during the Christmas markets and the Smiley apartment offers the best location, just a step away from the pedestrian zone, a big advantage of the apartment is free parking in a monitored parking garage right across from the apartment. Thank you Ernest, you are a great host, keep it up. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

“Absolutely perfect!”

Everything was perfect, the host was extremely helpful providing information on what to visit and where it is best to eat. The apartment was truly a home from home, we could have lived there, the space was amazing!

There was nothing not to like about this apartment! The location was incredible- right at the top of the main road with lots of cafes and restaurants. The apartment was large and very well equipped with everything that we needed. The host Ernest was wonderful. He met us at the car park upon arrival to make sure we found our way to the apartment which was a short walk from the car park. He was very responsive and obliging and welcoming. We arrived to box of biscuits, water and beer in the fridge! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

“Three days to begin our Croatia trip”

The host was waiting for us in spite of our late arrival. So nice he had thought of everythjng we would need after a a long trip and gave us tons of suggestions. He even keeps giving us tips for the rest of our travels in Croatia. The best!

It was just perfect. Ernest is a great host- flexible, always accessible, helpful with tips for restaurants etc. Really exceptional. Like the location of the apartment is exceptional too: in the middle of everything, with a safe and comfortable garage just across the street where you also find a shopping centre, super market and a cinema with a nice bar. Perfect. The apartment is big, bright, clean and equipped with everything you could need- from kitchen to washing machine. Ernest even provided beer in the fridge- and Croatias best cookies. Perfect. Beds are comfortable. You can reach everything by foot. We will definately come back. Thank you Ernest.

Everything. it’s very clean, spacious, comfortable beds and all the kitchen equipment you would need. The host was excellent, met us at the property, showed us around it then gave us lots of ideas of things to do, museums and other places visit and things to do. Would definitely book again when we visit Zagreb.
