“A good hotel on a budget with a professional staff”
I really liked the excellent location, close to a tram station and several bus stops. The price was very good—it was very cheap. At the reception, they explained everything clearly. I really liked my stay at this hotel. If one day I decide to come to Zagreb again, I will probably choose this hotel again.

-The receptionists were extremely kind and helpful. They even offered to prepare omelettes for us in the morning, which was a lovely personal touch. -The location is excellent, very close to the city center, making it easy to get around. -Communication was outstanding. Whenever we messaged (e.g. requesting an extra pillow or toilet paper), we received an immediate response.

Insects in the bathroom, busy road in front of the hotel with trams - everything shakes in the room when they pass hotel. Room was old and dirty with bad smell. I don't recomment this hotel.

Good and clean place, only bad thing is the property is in the middle of the city, therefore the parking is kinda far and it costs almost 19 euro per 24 hours.

The accommodation is in an excellent location, in the center of the city, within walking distance from the main square. The room is beautiful, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The girl who welcomed us was attentive, kind and always available. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The parking garage is very close, opposite the accommodation, which is an advantage.
