Great place, it's already an adventure getting in, walking in the dark walkways of this ancient Ksar. The house is 500 years old and beautifully restored and decorated. Everything is clean, spacious and you get a medieval vibe. We loved our cozy room. Mubarrak and Anas are both lovely, open to a chat and show you around. We had lunch and dinners there and it was all always very tasty. A great experience and good stay. Highly to recommend to get this experience on a low budget.

“Beautiful beautiful beautiful place”
Wow, this is really a special place, the owner and the staff are really calm, chill and lovely people. This time was an improvised and spontaneous stop but next time I’ll definitely spend more time in this beautiful guesthouse ! Thank you for your kindness Mbark, see you next time :)

Amazing stay at Kasbah Ziwana! Beautiful, clean, and very peaceful. The host was welcoming, the food was delicious, and the private parking was very convenient. Highly recommended!

“nice traditional kasbah in a village, good price, wifi works not everywhere”
It was a traditional kasbah. Very nice. I suppose to keep the Kasbah needs a lot of investment. I find all accomodations in Maroc too dark!

“Don’t hesitate to stay here. It’s worth it!”
Staying in this guesthouse was the best decision ever. It’s as authentic as it gets. The building is part of an ancient Kasbah, the rooms are lovely and the staff are just so warm and welcoming. We only spent one night as we were just passing through but we could have easily stayed longer. The surrounding oasis is also nice to discover on a walk. We had dinner there too and while it took quite a while to prepare (best order a little in advance) it was absolutely fresh and delicious. Breakfast was basic but good and very nice to have on the rooftop terrace overlooking the oasis. We also visited the museum next door which was interesting and definitely worth it.

“Interesting value for money old kasbah”
The location is in a old kasbah with great terrace over the palmery and next to a cool little museum about folk life in the Draa valley The tajine cooked by Anaas was one of the best we ve had! It’s also very quiet

“Unique accomodation but could be better”
Quite an interesting location near Zagora. You enter the accomodation under a whole complex of kasbah's. It is a huge complex with a lot of rooms. There is also a nice rooftop terrace. The room is large and the A/C was good to have as it was somewhat cold when we arrived. There is parking space for cars.

“Peaceful, comfortable and awe inspiring - a wonderful mix”
Astonishing location, beautiful building, very comfortable, quiet room. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, filling and very keenly priced. Kasbah Ziwana is an absolute gem.
