The view makes this place special. Big windows overlooking the sunset sea side. No balcony, but high chairs next to the windowsill work just well. Bus stop to the center is just next to the appartment. Quiet and cozy at night. Historical old building, high ceilings, it has its vibe. Very friendly host, welcomed us, easy to communicate. Nice touch of supplies at kitchen like water, croissants or jam. Overall, absolutely worth the price. Unusual expirience.

I recommend this hotel/apartment to everyone who wants to visit Zadar. It's perfect in every sense! Position, spaciousness, cleanliness, and it's got all the extra facilities you don't expect: free breakfast snacks, coffee, washing machine, everything! I will certainly go back!

“Beautiful accommodation with a stunning view and a wonderful host!”

Loved everything! The apartment is spacious, bright, beautifully decorated and the view is amazing! The host is extremely helpful and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. There were small breakfast items provided on our arrival…bread, bottled water, packaged pastries, butter and jam, tea and instant coffee. There were also small toiletry items provided, as well as plenty of towels. The location was perfect for us as we like to walk, so the 20 - 25 min. walk into old town was not an issue. The view was worth every km walked! Also loved the great deep window sills where we could sit and have coffee and enjoy the view at the same time. : )

Everything, it was all very nice and clean. Very close by the sea, and a beach. 20 min walk from the city centre and 10 if you take a boat. The owner was really nice and helpful, and gave us information about the things to do.

“A Short but Perfect Stay in Zadar”

I stayed only one night in this beautiful apartment in Zadar, but the impression it left was outstanding! The apartment was very clean, modern, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay – from a cozy bed to a practical kitchen. The view of the sea and the sunset was absolutely stunning – truly calming and beautiful. The location is peaceful and pleasant, with everything important within easy walking distance. The host was extremely kind and helpful with all the information I needed. Even though my stay was short, I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back on my next visit to Zadar!

Just loved our stay here. The apartment was spacious, immaculate and had everything we needed. Loved the location and of course that view. Host was lovely to communicate with.

This was one of our favourite accommodations on our holiday. The host was amazing and gave us a complete rundown of the local area, which was super helpful. The property itself was immaculate and there is not one negative comment to be made. It was also wonderful waking up each day with the panoramic view of the sea and boats filling the windows. The location was amazing also, with a short walk to the marina giving us easy access to Old Town with the rowboat men of Zadar. We initially chose this location just so we could park our car onsite and still be close to old town, but in the finish we enjoyed this location more than Old Town itself. This would be a perfect location for a longer stay.

“It was a nice stay in a great locataion.”

Great location, well presented, clean with everything we needed. Danijela met us to explain everything and was charming. Unfortunately our flight arrived late, however she was quite happy to meet us. The views from the apartment are lovely and the high stools beside the front window make it a great place to sit and have a drink/bite to eat. Walking into Zadar was straightforward along the waterfront and we just parked up our car at the apartment, not using it again until we left - perfect.

This place is wonderful!!! Much better than I expected. The location is good, with a spacious parking lot. The room is very cozy and clean with a nice Sea-view!!! There is also a good restaurant just next to it. Most of all, the host Danijela is the best host I have ever met. She is very supportive and super kind!! She treated my family like her own friends. I would like to recommend this place to my friends.
