We stayed one night. Check in...thanks to the amazing pics and messages to explain everything ...was seamless. Parking right across the street in a car park. You get a parking card when you get to the room. Room is nicely done...shower is wonderful. Just over a km walk to Zadar or you can take you car and find parking...laundromat down the road if you need. Called Self service Lotus. Room had a kettle etc. A comfy stay for one night.

The room was absolutely massive. Well presented. Staff were kind enough to give us very frequent updates and let us check in three hours early after a long morning travelling. Incredible. The outdoor enclosed spaces were a pleasant surprise. Very powerful and unique shower. Loved it.

It was not properly cleaned. It’s not worth staying here. Best go to a hotel. We are currently demanding a refund because a group of men had a party all night next to us and we couldn’t sleep. The music, banging of furniture and walls and their screams was absolutely horrible. Luckily for us, we recorded everything. The smell is terrible too. They use a air filter that is extremely heavy.

Extremely spacious bedroom, nice shower with jets, fridge and balcony access. Free parking across the street makes it easy to move luggage. Good location to Zadar city centre. Very comfy and large mattress!!

The facilities are fine, but the mobile service could be a bit better. We've stayed in other accommodations with better communication with the staff. Still, I recommend it.
