When we arrived, the place was a bit hard to find... But after just a day, when we’d had a walk around the neighbourhood, it became clear that this was the best spot. Everything you need is close to the flat: a small shop with good prices, and plenty of cafés serving delicious food. There’s a bay nearby, from where numerous boat trips to the islands set off, and it’s a 10-minute walk to the beach. For me, it was the perfect place! Thank you!)

Excellent property. In a brilliant location in old town. Very close walking distance to everything. Bed is very comfortable and large. Marija is an excellent host. We arrived when it was incredibly hot and she took the time to give us each a cold drink, used a map to show us around the area and give us some recommendations of what to do. We did all her recommendations and they were fabulous. The bar below is great for cocktails. You can slightly hear the noise from the bar in the room but it really isn’t very loud and it didn’t disturb us or stop us sleeping at all. There around a few flights of stairs takes up to the apartment but I managed fine having recently had knee surgery as long as you go carefully.

Marija and her family welcomed us in an absolutely wonderful way. They were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful from the very beginning, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. They gave us excellent tips and recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. The apartment is located on the top floor, right next to the rooftop, which offers beautiful views over Zadar. It is very central, spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We truly recommend this place for its great location, the comfort of the apartment, and above all, the hospitality of the hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

Superb location in the old town Although the facilities are small, they are nicely presented with lots of care and attention. Lovely roof terrace to catch the sun and chill out. Amazing hosts who informed us about the location and places of interest. Late check in was no problem.

“Andre was very nice and unfortunately the noise was beyond his control .”

The noise at night was at times overwhelming. Overtop of late night customers of the host’s and adjacent businesses. Two nights in a row there were a couple people talking very loudly for what seemed like hours after midnight, and the mattresses were soft.

Great location, access to the town on the door step. The couple that's own the property were very friendly, took the time to suggest places to visit and were happy to offer help and advice.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is amazing - close to everything right in the middle of city center -offering the perfect base for exploring. The owners were exceptionally kind making us feel genuinely welcome and cared for throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality made the experience even more special. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located on the top floor, which gives it a charming, private feel and great views. Just a small note: since it’s at the top, it might not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties - otherwise absolutely recommended. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay – highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, great location, and hosts who go above and beyond! and one bonus on top - the host own also small bar on the ground floor with fantastic vibe - also absolutely recommended :) I will definitely book it again once in Zadar.

Great location, close to the promenade, sea organ, beach, old town and restaurants. Hosts deserve 10 golden stars! I booked this apartment at 9:30 pm and got a phone call from the host within minutes! Maria was super friendly and kind, she even brought us a refreshing drink, which felt great after a whole day of traveling on a hot summer day.

Spacious 1 bed apartment, well-equipped, modern. Marija and her partner were kind, very friendly and helpful. Exactly as shown in the images. Very central location - most of the sights of Zadar old city within a 5-10 min walk. Overall fantastic.

Fantastic location in vibrant part of the old town. Property has triple glazing so noise wasn't a problem. Spacious, well equipped apartment with very comfortable bed. Very kind hosts who gave us excellent suggestions of what to do and where to go in Zadar and surrounding area.

Marija is a lovely person, very helpful. She responds to messages immediately. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Great location, right in the centre of the old town. Lots of good restaurants nearby and 2 minutes to the promenade. Due to the numerous bars in the area, it can get a bit noisy in the evenings.

The apartment was comfortable and clean with everything I needed for a short stay. It’s not fancy, but given the location and the price, it’s good value for money.

The room was large and had everything we could’ve needed during our stay. Location was perfect too. The owners were so friendly and helpful and gave great tips for our stay in Zadar which were all very appreciated. I would definitely recommend to others
