Right in the middle of town. Everything we needed, spotlessly clean. Super helpful comms. And we were very grateful to be able to drop our luggage and check in early after a very early start

Location is great. The apartment is big, bright and have everything you need including extra towels, pillows etc. The kitchen is well equipped. Sofa comfortable, the TV worked just fine and the balcony is great. Bathroom is big and the fact that there are two toilets was a nice surprise. Lots of room to unpack with two big wardrobes.

Location is within the main town and near the attractions. It is considerably clean. Check in and check out was quick and easy without host being there.

Andrej was a superb host, answered all our questions promptly and helped us to make the best of our time in beautiful Zadar. The apartment was very well equipped and really clean, the air con was a god send too.  It was ideally located, a short walk to the seafront and the sea organ, and short walk to all the local bars and restaurants. A supermarket a very short walk.  We had a fabulous week exploring the Old town, boat trips and a visit to Nin on the local bus for a day at the beach.  The sunset was absolutely stunning too.  Fell in love with Croatia 🇭🇷 and its people.  We will be back soon.

Well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary items, very functional furniture, general cleanliness and size of the apartment, the balcony. The location - 2 minutes walk from the airport bus stop, 5 minutes walk to the boats/ferries harbour, all the main attractions within the walking distance.

“Wonderful holiday in Zadar”

Our family of 6 spent a wonderful week in Zadar's best apartment, in the heart of the old town in July 2023. The flat is on the second floor, 2 bedrooms+living room with kitchen, 1 big bathroom with toilette+1 toilette separately, balcony. Fully renovated, every room has air-conditioning, well furnished(washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, towels, ironing board, iron, dryer for towels), fully equipped kitchen, cooking is absolutely convenient with many pots, plates, bredboards, electric kettle, huge fridge, oven everything.. . The port is a hop skip and jump away from where you can reach even the surrounding island's beaches. The location is perfect, fish market, restaurants, old town centre is within walking distance. The house is located next to Kapelada coffee bar, you can drive in with car till front of the building, but parking here is quite expensive. We parked our car in a guarded parking place in Zone 4 which is cheaper and not so far from the flat. Our favourite beach in Zadar is Punta bajlo, which is 10 min by car. Kolovare beach is within walking distance from apartmant. The flat is located on very quiet area, the sound of the bells of Cathedral of St. Anastasia we heard in the mornings were very lovely. We were 6 people, absolutely convenient. 2-2 people in 2 bedrooms,+ 2 people on the sofa in the living room. (sofa is convenient for 2 adults). We got every necessary information from Andrej, the flat was very clean at arrival. Definitely recommended, we plan to come back.
