“Beautiful apartment”

The location could not have been better. It was near to everything, yet quite by night. The apartment is clean, modern and beautiful with a nice balcony. Nives is a great host, who genuinely cares about her guests, and kept in touch with us to see we were ok. We could find no fault with this property, and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely want to stay here again the next time we visit Zadar.

Nives was a great host. She was so responsive and kind throughout our stay. The apartment was perfect. It was very clean and the location was perfect and so central. We would highly recommend this apartment.

we stayed with our kids of 1 and 4. it was perfect. small, modern stylish apartment in an ancient beautiful building. very clean, very good location and very nice host. good equipped kitchen. very quiet with well-insulated modern windows.

Absolutely perfect stay! 🌟 Communication with the host was outstanding — Nives was always available and responded incredibly fast to every message. The apartment was spotless and had everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay in Zadar. The location couldn’t be better — all the Old Town attractions are just a few minutes walk away, with great cafes and a grocery store nearby. It’s also only about a 20-minute walk to the beautiful Golden Wave Beach.

Everything is new and very clean. The owner is very helpful. Location is great. Please not that there is no lift, so do not take many things upstairs.

The location is perfect for the old town, shops and restaurants. It seemed that everything we looked up that we wanted to see was no more than a maximum 5 minute walk. The Roman forum, the sea organ, the sunset salutation to the sun and light show.. lovely restaurants, the ferry port for trips to Ugljan island.. nothing was far away. Yet the apartment is quiet for a relaxing time and a good night’s sleep. The apartment is clean and comfortable with everything we needed ( including very welcome aircon!) Nives, the host is lovely and helpful and ensured we had everything we needed.

Nives is one of a kind! She cares about her guests and makes sure you feel welcome at the apartment! Cute balcony and super cute kitchen! The apartment Tonka is full of lovely details, you can see it everywhere. And oh dear, I LOVE the curtains in the bedroom!!🩷🩷 Highly recommended, both apartment and the host. Thank you for teaching us about the nickname Tonka! 💓 (P.S: the food on the pic is our own)

“Fantastic”

Great location in the heart of the city, easy check in and this apartment met our needs, it was spacious and had the bonus of a washing machine after 2 weeks of travelling was a bonus. Clean and modern highly recommend.

Big appartement with plenty of space. Very clean, modern design.

Zadar is a lovely town and Nives, our host, gave us good info to help enjoy it to the fullest. We especially liked the historic tour -- there is lots of history there!-- and also the seaside promenade in the evening, and the Sea Organ. The apartment is spacious and attractive, with easy access to many shops and restaurants.

Host is super friendly and very helpful. We were picked up at the airport at a very good price. Apartment is immaculate and had everything we needed for two nights. Great location. . Not a problem for us but something to be aware of - there quite a few stairs and no lift.
