CAISA exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, with a stunning sea view and a lovely terrace — perfect for evening chats and relaxation. The amenities are top-notch: jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room, comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings, and the beach just a few steps away! But what truly made our stay unforgettable was Tatiana — a warm, kind, and incredibly thoughtful host. From the very first contact, we felt cared for. The fridge was filled with delicious treats, and every detail in the apartment reflected her hospitality and attention. Thanks to Tatiana, we felt completely at home. This place has soul, and the atmosphere she creates makes you want to return again and again. We wholeheartedly recommend it — it was an unforgettable experience!

Everything was just perfect. The apartments are clean and tidy. The host is just perfect. We were provided with everything we needed, we were taken care of to the maximum, all questions were answered and more. We were very surprised by the host friendliness and communication. Apartments near the sea. The city center is within walking distance. I think we will be back again and again. I highly recommend this place.

The accomodation is really trple-A. Tanaya is a great host who took great care of us. When we arrived the fridge was full of food and drinks, a really warm welcome.

The apartment is brandnew, very spacious and very well decorated with a great view at the ocean. It's nicely located as it is only a few steps to a beach (calm waters on the one side towards a bay and acces to the open sea on the other side), but also not far from Zadar center. But what was overwhelming was Tanja, the owner, who welcomed us very heartily and with the fridge filled with food, fruits and drinks (she speaks excellent German as well). Tanja was great help for advice on restaurants, trips into the surrounding and all the smaller things you need (supermarkets, pharmacy...). Honestly, we've not been to such a beautiful, clean and well equipped apartment for very long.
