The room was stunning, no view but that didn’t bother us particularly. Pool area was also brilliant with it almost completely empty and had it to ourselves.

Location was excellent, beach, bar, restaurants, bus service was in walking distance, as we didn't have a car.Our host Dennis was very helpful and explained where things were. 15 min on bus to old town. We would return and stay here again.

Excellent service, very pleasant staff, taxi service on call. The design and thoughtfulness going into the design of Demar was exceptional.

“Very good hotel in a quiet residential area.”

The rooms were decorated in plain white but to a very high standard. Lots of wardrobe space and lovely marble floors throughout. We had a ground floor room in the annex which consisted of a bedroom, a small lounge, and a bathroom. All the rooms opened onto a semi private terrace with plenty of outdoor furniture. Lots of sun loungers on the sun terrace complete with complimentary pool towels. The pool was lovely and clean. The continental breakfast was very good with a nice selection. Staff were very pleasant. The hotel is located in a quiet residential street with ample off road parking outside. There was a small supermarket 5 minus walk away and several restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

“Demar is a great B and Be for your stay in Zadar!”

Really nice B and B. The room we had was spacious, comfortable, had great air conditioning, a really nice bathroom with a heated floor, and the bed was clean and comfortable. We only had breakfast one of our days there, but it was reasonably priced, and was quite good, a nice change from the standard buffet you might get at a larger hotel. It had a selection of meats and cheese brought to your table, with bread, prepared by the host. You could also get eggs freshly prepared to your request, and there was a wide selection of fruits and vegetables as well as yogurt, parfait, and other selections. Overall a great place that we really liked. The staff were also great, very friendly and helpful. The location was also good, easy to get into Old Town via car or taxi, and lots of restaurants nearby, as well as a beach within walking distance.

The Demar was indeed quiet, it was indeed very clean and most of all it was friendly. The Pool was spaced out and plenty of room for everyone who used the facility. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to help whenever asked. The rooms were very spacious. Thank you so much to Denis and his colleagues for a memorable first trip to Croatia.

Room was fantasitc. Had a mini fridge, hair dryer, plug ins for the bugs. Beds were comfy. cant fault it

“Perfect holiday”

Fantastic B&B, everything was perfect. Clean modern room. Well presented breakfast, with plenty of choices, eggs, fruit, meat, cheese, cakes, yoghurt, fresh bread, juices, cereals. Denis the host was so obliging and helpful with local information and taxis to the old town. The girls worked so hard, keeping the rooms cleaned daily, communal areas were spotless. Plenty of local restaurants, we didn't have a bad meal during our 2-week stay. Highly recommend B&B Demar. We will definitely return!

“Little Oasis”

Peaceful, clean and tranquil. The owner Denis goes over and above to keep the place spotless and for you as guests to relax and enjoy your stay. Twin room massive, loads of storage and bathroom huge. Breakfast was fresh and good value. Close to supermarket and restaurants and not far from several beaches. We used the hotel transport (Denis) to get into Zadar and to the airport. Will definitely return. Multi nationalities lovely.

“Amazing accommodation with very friendly host”

We stayed in one of the garden room suites - wow, amazing. We have been travelling through Croatia and this is the best property we have stayed in. The attention to detail was incredible and the breakfast on the morning was simply amazing. We walked to the old town which took about 30 mins & ths residential area it is in was very quiet. Would definitely recommend
