“Zadar in spring”
Wonderful apartment in vila, with everything one could wish for. Martin was an excellent host! There are shops and cafes nearby, public transport is very accessible and the area is very nice. The heated pool is amazing. We also loved the terrace getting the sunset light. Comfy beds, great kitchen and lovely living room!

Location was excellent and very well placed for exploration of Zadar. Host was very welcoming. We had lovely short break and this apartment was an excellent base for us, and very well arranged for our family of 5. Pool and balcony facility really made it a stand-out during the heatwave.

Mate was so accommodating to our needs, the location was close to cafes, supermarkets and the old town. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool and the outdoor area were the highlight.

property has all things we need, swimming pool was an cherry on the cake. onwer was friendly when we mate personally, but on messages he was not replying. thats the only low other than that its like dream home plan.

“Fabulous place.”
Spacious apartment with a lovely heated pool and terrace. Sunloungers were available. Two bathrooms. Owner was very helpful. Neighbours were very kind. Comfortable beds with enough pillows. Plenty of storage space with coathangers. Dishwasher was good. Very clean. Quiet neighbourhood. Facilities were excellent. Plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery.

Wonderful host. Location - 20 min walk to old town. Lovely eats close by - fab burger place and pancake house. Gorgeous pool & gardens. Comfy mattresses. Very spacious.

“Great value for the money”
The apartment is very spacious, and well maintained. The pool is clean and open for use. We were missing some supplies and a kettle which were provided instantly by the host. The location is good, nearby restaurants, supermarkets and walking distance to the marina. Would recommend and in case I am coming back will probably book again. Great value for the money.

“Perfect house for family or group of friends.”
Quiet location yet close to the center of Zadar. Less then 10 minutes drive or 25 minutes walk. House was spacious and clean with large garden with BBQ and shared pool as this is semi detached house. Small shops near by within 5 minutes walk. Perfect place to stay for large group of friends or family.

Very friendly host that greeted us when we arrived, even though it was a bit late at night. He told us about many attractions nearby and stored our baggage on the last day. The apartment was clean and good equipped (only kettle was missing). Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Clean, heated swimming pool in the garden. As a group of 7 we would highly recommend this place 👌
