“Perfect location”

Nina was a fantastic host, communicated well and was very friendly, giving excellent tips for the stay. Location was perfect as I was driving, safe parking area, and only a few minutes walk from old town. Room was spacious and clean. Small kitchenette was handy, with a nice espresso to start the day.

Everything is near so you can walk anywhere.

Very close to the beach and the old city of Zadar. Apartament was nice, AC working. We had a studio with a mini fridge and induction cooktop, which was very convenient for preparing breakfasts and suppers. Bed was big and comfortable, external blinds to keep room cooler during the heat hours. In the studio, we had a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. Host Nina is very friendly and helps whenever needed! You can ask for some restaurant recommendations or other stuff.

The accomodation has a perfect position, just 2-3 minutes walking to the Kolovare beach and 5-7 minutes to the old town. There is also a big mall in a walking distance (around 10 minutes) so you can get everything you need) The studio was very practically arranged, clean, comfortable, with enough space for all our staff. Even though bed was softer than I usually prefer, it was very comfortable. There were plenty clean towels and everything we needed. Extra points for the coffee machine with esspresso capsules and for the host who was beyond helpful with everything we needed - whether it was information or an extra beach towel :)

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! The location is perfect – just a 5-minute walk to the old town of Zadar and only a minute to a beautiful beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – thank you Zrinka and Nina for your kindness! The rooms were clean and just the right size, and there’s free parking right in front of the property. Everything was great, no complaints at all. Highly recommended!

Having stayed in Zadar old town a few times and been unable to sleep due to noise I wanted a quieter place & this was it. Hostess was very nice and helpful.
