The receptionists were amazing! So friendly and bubbly! The hotel has very cute souvenirs I highly suggest to check them out :) The room was super clean, just as shown in the pictures, there was coffee and tea in the room, too. I highly recommend this place, it was an absolute pleasure!

The property was very clean and well-maintained. It had a nice, functional layout with tasteful decor. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated having a TV available, it made the stay even more comfortable.

Clean, easy, good place and big rooms. Parking outside in the front for free if it's room.

I was totally satisfied with this accommodation. Arrival at midnight was not a problem thanks to a night security guard who checked me in. Everybody was very friendly, it was a pleasure to talk to all the people here. The single room was small but very comfortable, clean and with a nice smell, with a beautiful view on a calm industrial zone. Especially the bed was great, not too soft, with perfectly clean linens. Coffee and tea for free ready for preparation in the room. Amazing bistro-café to take breakfast at just next to the reception, with good coffee, sandwiches, bagels. The hotel is in walking distance (20 mins) from the train station. I sincerely loved it here and it would be a pleasure to come back! Thank you.

Breakfast - not big choice and only limited list where you can choose only one meal, if you want more you need to pay. Water in bathroom not enough hot.

The location is close to the center of Zabrze. Good access by car is also to Gliwice. Delicious breakfast served by a nice and always smiling lady from Bistro Bajs! The lady from the hotel reception is also kind and helpful. I recommend this place!
