“Fairytale accommodation !”

The restored Palazzo is the type of place that you love so much, you would want to keep as a secret just for yourself, but you can’t resist sharing with like minded people. The architecture is kept as much as possible true to the original 17-th century but with modern touches like the heated pool and air conditioning. The citrus trees scattered around the courtyard and garden make the atmosphere as Mediterranean and as romantic as it gets! Alexis, the owner is the perfect host. He made every request we had into a priority. He does this for everyone of his guests- I really don’t know how he manages to do this, but one can’t help but feel very special. The food was delicious, and we had the pleasure to chat with the chef in person. One more thing: There is something special about a place where the owner has the modesty to tell you: “ I’s small but it’s mine”.

“Beautiful and peaceful little hotel”

A beautiful small, peaceful family run hotel outside of the main tourist areas. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome. The courtyard was a beautiful place to have breakfast and I always had the pool to myself when I went for a swim.

Lovely beautiful Palazzo in a great location for exploring the Island. It was a real relaxing haven to come back to. We were so lucky to be there during their local festival which was fabulous. Lovely staff and nothing was too much trouble. Lots of great tips and advice on places to visit.

Celine, the hostess, was exceptional. I was travelling alone ( and being elderly), she helped me every night with what I should do the next day, how best to get there and what to see etc. She was truely outstanding in every way. You would never find a better host anywhere. I have traveled extensively and could not have been happier with this stay. The accommodation is also very good, spacious rooms, great breakfast area and separate restaurant, plus a great bar, plus swimming pool. The whole palazzo was an amazing place. Very quiet and safe area.

Really beautiful and peaceful property, we loved how relaxed and quiet it was. Only a few rooms so not many people about. The location was good and easy to travel around the island.

The property is absolutely beautiful with a very unique Mediterranean charm. Céline and Alexis are incredible hosts, always willing to help as much as possible for anything and our stay wouldn’t have been the same elsewhere. Next time I come back to Malta, I will definitely book again there.

This is a beautiful hotel. The building itself is stunning, with traditional yellow stone, high ceilings, and ornate features. Rooms are classically simple, with large, comfortable beds & air-conditioning. They are also immaculately clean & the en-suite was contemporary, with a power shower. Silent & dark at night, they offer complete tranquillity. The pool is gorgeous, surrounded by greenery and quality sunbeds. Celine (the owner) is happy to serve refreshments whenever you like & I found it really relaxing. It's the perfect place to escape the heat of the Maltese day. Proprieters Celine & Alexis are kind, helpful & respectful. Celine's breakfasts are outstanding & even the tea & coffee are delicious!

We loved the property the greeting was warm a very unique and a special place, if you don’t know Malta you will after speaking to Celine and Alexis Palazzo Pisani is not your normal tourist hotel but a different Maltese experience that you will not get from any tour operator

We loved the property, such an historic building that had been beautifully renovated. Celine and Alexis could not have been friendlier or more helpful . The breakfasts were superb especially Celine croissants Being able to dine at the property in the evening was an added bonus For us the location was great because we wanted a quiet relaxing stay but it is about a 20 minute walk to the waterfront and ferry .

Beautiful property and the food was exquisite. We were looked after from the moment we checked in. Absolutely beautiful property with a lovely courtyard for dinner all lit by twinkling lights. We will be returning in 2024 as this really is a beautiful find in a pretty part of Malta. You must visit.
