This property is actually an AGED CARE home with a few spare rooms advertised as ‘studio’.

“Fab (basic) Room”

Lovely size room, Little kitchenette with microwave, basic, but had everything we needed for a 1 night stay, near to shops with car or bike. Could park car right outside our room, which was great as bikes on back.

The location was perfect for us as we stayed only one night during travelling through France. Even we came late everything was organised smoothly.

It was really silent and calm, big-size room and comfortable. The stuff was very kind and friendly, but speak english only a little. Enough parking places are available in front of the building. For some, it was a nice and comfortable stay.

A simple and clean place with everything needed for a good rest after a long journey. Cozy and convenient for a short stay.

It a good place for a short stay: clean , bright , essential but nice. In a very silent, calm relaxing position . Private parking and lift are very useful.

“Just what we were looking for”

We liked the unusual combination of residence and hotel. A very quiet location where you can even see the stars. A very large and clean room with all that's necessary if you want to do your own cooking. Just what we were looking for.

It’s an old folks home with rooms to rent.

Everything went well. The room could be accessed by lift.

We stay here several times a year....it is quiet, comfortable and clean. The studios are spacious and with a balcony or small terrace. Equipment and cooking facilities are basic but perfectly adequate and there is a lovely park nearby for a pleasant evening walk. Quick and easy access to Moulins.

We stay here often. It is quiet, comfortable and clean. Wifi access is good and there is easy access to a beautiful park to walk in.....important if you have been driving all day. Easy access also to N7 and Moulins is a short drive away.....10 minutes.

When we arrived, this place was a complete disappointment for my group and we couldn't stay there so had to rebook another property. The property is a nursing / care home / hospital, not a hotel.

Free parking, lift to upper floors. Friends staff.

“A handy self-catering stopover in the middle of France”

A really convenient overnight self-catering stop, this studio was complete with a kitchenette and fridge, great for a Sunday night when everything tends to be shut. It adjoins some sheltered accommodation, so it’s best to be quiet out of consideration for other residents (not a problem for us). There was a lift to get our baggage up to the 2nd floor and all the staff were really nice. The beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy.
