Lack of security is an issue .. basically the entire property is unlocked from the main entrance to the hostel rooms

Basic but well equipped hostel best for solo travelers in skiing season 5 min walking distance from JR station Onsen is a plus for relaxation after whole day skiing Staff is very helpful and hospitable too!

“Standard hostel with quite international based clients, close to train station”
It is very close to Echigo Yuzawa Shinkensen station, approximately 2-5 mins walking from the station. The hostel is located at the center of the ski town with restaurants and bars line up along the road. The price is not the cheapest but definitely on the affordable side as I booked it only 3 days in advance.

People who lived in there are nice! The location is great, nearby the train station. And the workers in the hotel are friendly!! I am willing to visit there again.

“Would stay again to catch up with the Kaido Yuzawa vibe and awesome staff.”
Close to station and Yuzawa Kogen resort. Free shuttle Bustop just outside. Blue line to gala Yuzawa and make sure u get orange line back..or you’ll get left at Naspa. Both passing east of station. The best was the staff. Especially Mayu and Jordan. Super friendly and very helpful.
