“The WORST hospitality I have experienced in Japan”
The things this place a has going for it are a shuttle to Mt Naeba each morning and discounted lift tickets (only if you pay cash!!).

“Exceptional services”
The host is extremely helpful and offered free car rides to the ski resort. The place also offers preferential pricing for lift pass and rentals. The 3 people bedroom with private toilet is spacious and clean, I would definitely recommend this place.
