“Would NEVER stay in a place so rude & unprofessional”
I would never stay there… The man running the desk was rude as heck and I had a reservation through booking.com which he said he couldn’t see…Then I got Booking.com on the phone and y’all re-sent the reservation and he still said that even though we see it now… there was no reservation in the system… so he refused to give me a room. I had to go ahead and leave town and drive two more hours because I was no way going to stay in that town Then.
