“good quality and price, we can enjoy the private onsen (takes turn ) with good view”
There is a shuffle to do pick up service from Yugawara station, very convenient, there is a river just never to the hotel, and it is very peaceful when listening to the sound of the water.

We had a nice room and felt comfortable. Yugawara is also a nice place to go for hiking or to Hakone or Udawara. The outdoor onsen is really nice.

“Amazing and beautiful and peaceful!”
I loved the river that was right outside of the window. Very much in the middle of nowhere which I loved haha. Only one other guest that we saw so it felt very caring from the staff. Also loved the public baths. Though it was small, it was truly relaxing and private.

Met all my expectations and beyond. The open bath is so cool with the best scenery you can ask for. The shuttle service is the great. And lovely food. So Japanese style . Recommend!

There is nothing not to like about this place. I loved all the experience in here, amazing food (but a lot of food we could not finish it) amazing view, great Onsen. Super clean, shuttle service etc.

“I have little disappointed, they need some more improvement in service and the meal design.”
This is a very good spot to escape from the real world, I love the river beside the hotel, you never saw the river but feel it all the time.

Delicious five-course dinner with a super nice view of cherry blossom outside the window. And you can see and hear the creek. All the staff were very friendly and the owner pick us up and drop us off at the train station. Great Japanese 一泊二食付き experience. And matcha tea was delicious.

“An unforgettable stay”
The hotel environment is very nice and the owner is very welcoming. I enjoyed the dinner in the hotel but the dinner time was too long. The open hot spring in the hotel was very comfortable and the kids loved it
