The location of the inn is superb, right next to the train station and main shopping street. The onsen was great.

“Great and convenient location, spacious”
The house's location was very near Yufuin station. It's a very short walk from the station and just a few mins walk to Lawson and 7-11 so it was really convenient. The house was spacious enough for groups and generally pretty clean! The check in/check out process was easy and fuss-free as well.

I paid extra to pay in cash at the property. No one was available to check me out. I messaged the property multiple times, and they did not answer. We left cash (as we had arranged). The property then messaged me to tell me they would be charging my card. I sent a picture of the money we left and was assured that my card would not be charged. I checked my credit card statement and they charged my card - meaning we paid double the amount for this property and the owner was not honest in their commitment not to charge my card. The property was nice, but I find the hosts to be very dishonest and I'm struggling to get my money back.
