The room was really well positioned for access to the centre of town. Nice road with access to parking, albeit it was a 5 minute walk to the free parking at the square at the end of the road. A tea / coffee making boiler was available 🥲but there were no instructions (it wasn’t a straight forward kettle but we did manage to use it). This was a nice touch and was appreciated. The host was responsive and responded to our query promptly. Nice shower (albeit it was due a descale) that was modern and nice and hot. It was a hot day so we appreciated the large fan. Good value overall.

“Just want to sleep and go, this is ok.”
Very close to Ypres centre, two minutes from the centre. Free parking just 200m away. If you just want to get your head down, this is for you (not if carrying luggage though). Contact with the patron is via text, and helpful.

“Please paint the rooms and do some decorating to bring it up to date .”
The location was fantastic with free street parking using a blue card provided by the owner . I was 10min from the Menin Gate and right next to the linen Hall and main square .

“An eccentric stay!”
Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were warm but a fan was provided so all fine. Spotlessly clean. Cleaned daily and thoroughly. Great view from attic room window. Windows opened. All advertised amenities were there in one room but kettle and remote for TV missing initially from the other, however, this was quickly rectified when we contacted Bernard. He was very efficient and replied to texts immediately. Toilets were electric but worked! Some thoughtful touches like information on parking, eating etc. Generally, this was good value for money central, easy parking . I would stay here again!
