Yoake is situated in Ieper, within the city walls, only 400 metres from In Flanders Fields Museum. This bed and breakfast includes private wellness facilities and rooms with free Wi-Fi. The sound-proofed rooms in this 19th-century mansion are air-conditioned and include seating area with a flat-screen cable TV and tea and coffee maker. B&B Wellness Yoake serves a Continental breakfast daily. Some of the spa facilities available include a spa bath, hammam and sauna. Guests can make use of these facilities for a charge. We stayed in the 'Romantic' room which was stunning. The apartment was in a perfect location, quiet but perfectly close to the main square. The breakfasts were awesome. We loved that they were brought to our room so we could eat at our leisure. Every day there was a different (and yummy) egg dish

“Wonderful stay”
We booked this accommodation for one night and stayed in two rooms. Both rooms looked exactly like the photos. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms featured a nice shower and a cosy sitting area. One of the rooms also had a small kitchenette and a mini fridge, which was very convenient. Free parking is available around the corner, although it can sometimes be difficult to find an empty spot. The location is excellent — within walking distance of the centre of Ypres — yet still very quiet. The host was incredibly friendly, communication was excellent, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed fresh breads and croissants, bacon and eggs, jams and cheeses, along with orange juice and coffee. The yoghurt with fresh fruit was the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommend this place and would happily stay again. Thank you Miguel.

The apartment was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was generous and tasty. The area felt safe to walk around even quite late in the evening.

“A warm welcome to a lovely place to stay”
The owner is very friendly and goes out of his way to help. The room was very spacious and clean and right in the centre of Ypres. The breakfast was excellent. The B&B is just a short walk from the centre.

“Perfect location, great room, wonderful staff and the most delicious breakfast!”
Our room was huge, with its own lounge room. The lady who welcomed us was an absolute delight, so friendly and warm. The breakfast they served was perfection and we were just a short stroll into the main market area for Christmas lights and markets.
